01 | ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
02 | HAND-FINISHED & HIGH-DEMAND STYLES
Selected LOENOO pieces include hand-finished details, embroidery, crochet, knitting, or small-batch finishing.
During new releases, seasonal promotions, or periods of high demand, these styles may require an additional 3–7 business days to prepare.
We appreciate your patience while our team gives each piece the attention it requires.
If your order is expected to take longer than the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated dispatch date. You may choose to continue waiting or cancel the affected item for a full refund before it is dispatched.

04 | PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items will display an estimated dispatch date on the individual product page.
If your order contains both available and pre-order items, the items may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
Where possible, we may send items separately to avoid unnecessary delays.
05 | ORDER TRACKING
A tracking link will be sent to your email after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the parcel is handed to the shipping carrier.
Please allow time for the carrier’s system to register the first tracking scan.
06 | ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

LOENOO is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
07 | CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.
Any charges not collected at checkout are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may occasionally extend the estimated delivery time.
08 | DELAYS
Most parcels arrive within the estimated delivery window, but unexpected delays can occur.
These may be caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or unusually high order volumes.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us with your order number and we will help you check the shipment.
09 | MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Orders containing several items may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
If your order is split, you will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees when we choose to divide an order into multiple packages.
