The payment methods available for your order will be displayed at checkout based on your location, currency, device, and payment-provider availability.

02 | CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS

We accept eligible major credit and debit cards displayed at checkout.

Please make sure the following information is entered correctly:

Card number

Expiry date

Security code

Cardholder name

Billing address

Your billing address should match the information registered with your card provider.

03 | SECURE CHECKOUT

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

LOENOO will never ask you to send your full card number, card security code, banking password, or payment-account password by email or social media.

Please contact us if you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to represent LOENOO.

04 | CURRENCY

Your selected currency will be displayed before payment is completed.

Your bank or card provider may apply currency-conversion charges, international transaction fees, or other processing fees.

These external charges are determined by your financial institution and are not collected by LOENOO.

05 | PAYMENT AUTHORISATION

Your payment method may be authorised or charged when your order is placed.

A temporary pending transaction may appear if a payment attempt is interrupted, declined, or still being reviewed.

The time required to release a pending authorisation is determined by your bank or payment provider.

06 | DECLINED OR FAILED PAYMENTS

If your payment is declined, please check:

Your card details are correct

Your billing address matches your bank records

Your card has sufficient available funds

International or online payments are enabled

Your bank has not blocked the transaction

You may also contact your bank or try another payment method shown at checkout.

07 | ORDER VERIFICATION

Some orders may require additional verification to help protect customers against unauthorised transactions.

If verification is required, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

We will never ask for your complete card details or payment password.

08 | DISCOUNT CODES

Enter your discount code before completing payment.

Discount codes cannot normally be added after an order has been submitted.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes may not be combined with other offers.

09 | REFUNDS

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the order.

After LOENOO processes the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
